We are re-running our new Middle Eastern cookery course on Saturday 6th February 2027. We will be cooking lots of delicious mezze like falafel, dolmades, baba ganoush and many other delicious salads, mains, soups and desserts. Only eight places are available and the cost is €140 per person which includes loads of food to eat (or take home), a comprehensive hand out with all the recipes covered (and many more we won't have time to do on the day) and lots of hands-on cooking over the six hours the course lasts (from 10 am to 4 pm). There are only eight spots available, so get your name down as fast as you can say spanakopita...

All courses run from 10am -4pm and include plenty of hands-on cooking and plenty of opportunities to test the food! A hand out containing all the recipes and other relevant information will be given to each participant.

Numbers are limited to eight students.

The cost of the courses is €140 for one and includes ingredients and hand-out.
