Join me for a deeply relaxing evening of Gentle Yoga & Sound Bath, designed to help you unwind, release tension, and restore balance to both body and mind.

This session is suitable for all levels, including beginners. We’ll begin with slow, gentle yoga movements to ease the body, followed by a soothing sound bath to encourage deep relaxation.

Sound baths are intended as a relaxing and supportive wellbeing experience. As with any deep relaxation practice, they may not be suitable for everyone. If you have epilepsy or seizure disorders, significant sound sensitivity, severe or ongoing mental health challenges, recent head injury or surgery, implanted medical devices (such as pacemakers), are pregnant, or are currently experiencing emotional distress, please take a moment to check in with yourself and seek medical advice or let the facilitator know before attending. Sound baths are not a replacement for medical or therapeutic care, and you are always welcome to rest, adjust, or step out of the session at any time. Participants take part at their own discretion and responsibility.
