Join Dessy’s Therapy for a gentle yet powerful SOMA Breathwork class in Southampton.

This 60-minute session is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, release stress and create space for calm, clarity and renewed energy.

Through guided breathwork, body activation, chanting and meditation, you will be supported in a safe and welcoming environment by a certified SOMA Breath instructor.

What to Expect

This class combines conscious breathing, movement, rhythm and meditation to help you reset your body and mind.

During the session, we will move through:

Opening circle

The science behind breathwork and how to breathe properly

Introduction to SOMA Breath

Body activation

AUM chanting

Guided breathwork

Meditation

Closing circle

You do not need previous experience. This class is suitable for beginners as well as people who already practise breathwork, meditation or holistic wellness.
