My name is Tammie and I invite you to step into a space of calm and restoration with a deeply relaxing Sound Bath experience designed to soothe the mind and body.

I am a qualified gong and bowl practitioner through The College of Sound Healing.

Allow yourself to be gently guided on a healing sound journey, immersed in the beautiful vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, shamanic drum and a variety of therapeutic percussion instruments. As the sounds wash over you, they can help ease stress, quiet the mind, promote deep relaxation and support a sense of balance and renewal.

Whether you are looking to unwind, recharge or simply take some time for yourself this nurtuing experience offers and opportunity to pause, rest and reconnect.

What to bring:

A yoga mat or something similar to lay on.

A pillow for support.

A blanket to keep warm and cosy.

Comfortable clothing suitable for relaxation

Eye mask if you have one.

Come as you are, settle into stillness and allow the healing power of sound to carry you into a state of deep rest and regeneration.

This event is NOT recommended for people in the first trimester of pregnancy, people with a pace-maker fitted or people that suffer from epilepsy, but please do check with me if you have any questions about the event.
