The second stage of the pilgrimage from Greenstead to St Peter's, Bradwell

Stage Two - Margaretting Tye to Bicknacre (approximately 10 miles)

We will meet at Ingatestone station and a minibus will be available to transfer us to the beginning of the second stage of this pilgrimage at Margaretting Tye. On the second stage we will finish at Bicknacre and the minibus will return us to the station.

Whilst we wish to ensure we can welcome all, our pilgrimages do require some walking experience. Before booking please be sure you’re able to walk for at least 10 miles at a reasonable pace, in varying weather conditions and across a range of different terrain. The pilgrimage organisers will not want to ask anyone to turn back during the walk but if necessary we may need to do so to keep the entire group safe. We try to ensure there is at least one drop out point during the walk with links to public transport but this is not always possible.

Ticket price does not include refreshments or travel.
