An evening to pause, exhale, and come back to yourself.

An evening to pause, exhale and come back to yourself.

As the year draws to a close and life can feel a little fuller and louder – this is an invitation to step away from the doing and give yourself some much needed space to simply be.

We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation to settle the mind and body, followed by a deeply restorative sound journey with gong, crystal bowls, Reiki drumming, chimes and soft percussion.

There’ll be time for quiet integration before we close with oracle cards and an opportunity to connect and reflect.

Just come as you are, get comfortable and allow yourself to be held by the sounds.

Bring cosy layers, a yoga mat, pillow, blanket and water bottle.
