Festive Wellbeing Day - A Pause Before Christmas

Qigong, Meditation and Rag Wreath Making.

Join us for a relaxed morning combining gentle Qigong, meditation and creative wreath making. A collaboration between Wuji Wellbeing and LoveLexiCrafts.

We'll start with some simple Qigong and meditation to help you slow down, clear your mind and reconnect with yourself. Then we'll get creative and make a beautiful rag wreath - a colourful tactile alternative to the traditional Christmas wreath.

No crafting experience is needed. You'll have everything you need to make your own wreath, with plenty of time to enjoy the process and chat over a drink and a snack.

Your wreath is yours to take home and enjoy throughout the festive season and beyond.
