Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, these walks offer a chance to unwind and recharge. Elizabeth will guide you through pathways to serene settings.

Immerse yourself in the beauty of Tregenna's sub tropical estate every Wednesday morning 9.30 - 10.30am for an inspirational and uplifting wellbeing experience.

Join for an optional tea of coffee after the walk in Olives Cafe (self funded).
