Join us for dinner and a chance to look back over the last year, discuss plans for the future, get to know others and meet the FEL team.

You are warmly invited to attend FEL Scotland’s Annual Gathering. This year's AGM will be an opportunity for members, local connections, and interested individuals to look back over 2025/26, discuss plans for the future, meet some of our team, and connect with community friends and partners. We value your time and input in helping shape our work.

More details on the agenda to follow, but for now please reserve your spot - we look forward to seeing you there!

Please make to reserve your place by the 15th of November, as tickets will close early so that we have time to confirm catering numbers.

Membership

Please note that while anyone is welcome to attend, only members will be eligible to vote at our AGM. If you are not yet a member of FEL but are interested in supporting our work, please sign up for an individual or community organisation membership through our website. Membership is free and can be accessed here: https://felscotland.org/membership (https://felscotland.org/membership)

Transport & Accessibility

The Stirling Court Hotel is located on the campus of the University of Stirling (FK9 4LA). This can be accessed from Stirling Train Station via the UniLink bus service. If travelling by bike there are cycle paths the full route. There is free parking on site for attendees. A barrier system is in operation and guests must also input their car registration number immediately upon entering the hotel. Have your ticket validated at reception before you leave.

The room is wheelchair accessible on the ground floor, a short distance from reception. A hearing loop is available in the room. Please let us know via the registration if you need this. If there are any additions that would support your attendance, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us at info@felscotland.org
