Higher Frequency Live™ returns to Stoke Minster this November for another deeply restorative evening of therapeutic sound, music and guided meditation inside one of Staffordshire’s most breathtaking spaces.

These evenings have very gently grown into one of the city’s most loved relaxation experiences…

This 75-minute experience may include (no evening is exactly the same):

• Lay-down listening therapy using emotive music

• A deeply immersive sound bath using crystal bowls, gong, chimes and therapeutic instruments

• Light aromatherapy to support calm and emotional relaxation

There is something incredibly calming to the nervous system about experiencing therapeutic sound inside one of our beautiful historic churches.

The acoustics, stillness and atmosphere of Stoke Minster create a uniquely grounding environment where resonance moves gently through the body, allowing the nervous system to finally soften after such a long time of holding everything together.

Guests are invited to get cosy on the church floor with blankets, cushions and anything else that helps them feel warm, safe and comfortable.

Guests receiving the oil are invited to use it during the evening and again at home to continue anchoring the calm and softness experienced inside the Minster.

WHAT TO BRING

Please bring:

• A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on (fold-up chairs are welcome if floor work feels uncomfortable)

• Blanket/s and cushion/s

• Water for hydration

• Any additional cosy items to help you fully relax (hot water bottles and eye masks are very welcome)

Soft, warm and comfortable clothing is highly recommended.

Please note:

Mats, blankets and cushions are not provided.

We highly recommend bringing extra warm layers if you tend to feel cold during deep relaxation…remember this is a beautiful big historic church.
