🎧 Live DJ Ruby Richards will be setting the vibe throughout the morning with an awesome soundtrack.

After your workout, enjoy a delicious brunch featuring pastries, yoghurt, and tasty refreshments – plus drinks to sip as you socialise.

Don’t miss the chance to browse Rebel Natured’s natural skin and hair care products, with their team on hand to showcase the range.

Halloween attire is encouraged — spooky, cute, glam, or anything in between — but no pressure to dress up!

Find us between the carpet shop and the plumbers — just look for the white door!

Parking: available on surrounding streets, at the nearby train station, and Tesco. Give yourself some extra time to park and find us.

Come for the Pilates, stay for the brunch, music, and Halloween fun. 🖤🎃
