Join itsallaboutme x Valour Physio Studio for a special Halloween edition of Pilates & Paint, bringing together creativity, movement and connection with a little spooky season fun!

We'll start the evening by getting creative with pumpkin painting, where you'll have the chance to decorate your very own pumpkin however you like. Whether you're feeling spooky, cute or completely creative, it's entirely up to you!

Once the paintbrushes are down, we'll swap them for our mats and enjoy a feel-good Mat Pilates session to finish the evening.

We'd love for you to get into the Halloween spirit, so fancy dress is encouraged but completely optional.

We'll be choosing a best dressed winner, who'll receive a free Mat Pilates class and an itsallaboutme creative goody bag!
