A morning workshop to help humans optimise their life

If you're ready for a life review, come spend some time with us. Many people go through life on autopilot and, even if they get through it without any big events, reach a point where the way they are heading doesn't match their expectations. It can feel like wearing clothes that no longer fit, only it's your life, no longer being lived your way.

Reorienting doesn't have to be impossible. It can simply be your new direction.

Hope is not your usual workshop. We won't be meditating, doing breathwork, or gonging the gongs. We will be going deeper than that; right to the heart of our suffering, of our discomfort, of our yearning for more and giving ourselves the chance to uncover the roadmap for the next chapter of our life.
