As the days grow shorter and we move into the quieter months of the year, there is something especially comforting about giving yourself permission to slow down.

Join us in the beautiful surroundings of Keele Chapel for 90 minutes dedicated entirely to rest, regulation and switching off from the demands of everyday life.

For this time, there is nowhere else you need to be and nothing you need to achieve.

Simply lie down, get warm and cosy, close your eyes and allow yourself to receive.

Surrounded by the incredible acoustics of the chapel, you'll be immersed in layers of sound and vibration from gongs, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums and other therapeutic instruments.

As the sounds move through the space, the invitation is simply to stop doing.

To allow the mind to quieten, the body to soften and your nervous system the time and space it needs to settle.

In a world that so often asks us to keep going, keep thinking and keep giving, these 90 minutes are intentionally different.

They are time for you.

Just come, get comfortable and rest.

Please bring something comfortable to lie on, a blanket, pillow and anything else you need to feel warm, cosy and fully supported.

Please arrive around 10 minutes before we begin. Once the Sound Sanctuary has started, we cannot allow late entry, protecting the peaceful experience for everyone in the chapel.

Please note: Not suitable for those with a pacemaker, sound-induced epilepsy or during the first trimester of pregnancy.

Spaces are limited and early booking is recommended.
