Inheritance disputes are becoming increasingly common – which means it is essential for professionals (whether a will writer, solicitor, or other professionals) to take proactive steps to minimise the risk of challenges arising, which start from taking instructions from clients and continue with maintaining records and files. It is also important to recognise the warning signs early and understand the steps that should be taken.
