In conversation with MyTime - support for unpaid carers

If you look after a family member, friend, or neighbour with an illness, disability, mental health problem, who is unable to manage without your support, then you are a carer.

MyTime has launched to connect carers in Warwickshire with local businesses and organisations who offer complimentary leisure breaks, cultural and wellbeing experiences.

This event is great for:

Learning about support available for unpaid carers in Warwickshire and how to access local services and opportunities.

Connecting with other carers who share similar experiences and challenges.

Taking a break from caring responsibilities and exploring opportunities that support personal wellbeing and self-care.

Discovering what our libraries offer

Why not take a book home after the event? You'll enjoy a great read, and it's a simple way to support your library. Every loan counts.

Age: 18+

Booking: This is a drop-in event, so booking is not required. If you do choose to book a ticket, please be aware that it does not guarantee you a space. Participation will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
