Sunrise Autumn Equinox

Come and spend an early morning with me on Roker Beach as we welcome the shift into autumn, and quietly celebrate three years of Rise + Tide too

We’ll settle in together before the sun rises at 6:45, take some time away from everything else and use the morning to slow down, reflect, release and think about what we want to carry with us into the season ahead

Our morning will include

guided sunrise meditation

journaling and reflection

releasing what we’re ready to leave behind

manifesting and setting intentions for autumn

mindful crafting, making your own bag charm or keyring to take home

I’ll bring everything you need, including your journaling materials and loads of beads, ribbons, letters and charms to make something completely your own

Choose your name, a word you want to carry into autumn, an intention, or simply make something you think is lush

This one is a little extra special as September also marks three years since this little community began, through a few names, plenty of changes and lots of mornings spent together

We’ll finish around 8am with an optional sea dip for anyone who fancies it, at your own risk and if conditions allow

Bring something comfy to sit on and plenty of warm layers, everything else will be waiting for you

And keep an eye out for optional after-event breakfast plans too, because we may as well make a morning of it
