Free in-person workshop delivered by Choice Wellbeing Service as part of School Exclusions Week.
As part of School Exclusions Week, South Tyneside SENDIASS is pleased to welcome Choice Wellbeing Service (https://www.choicewellbeingservice.org/), who will be delivering an in-person workshop for parent carers.
This trauma-informed workshop is designed specifically for parent carers of children with additional needs, offering a supportive space to explore the realities of caring, stress, and emotional wellbeing.
Participants will gain a greater understanding of their ownexperiences, reduce feelings of guilt or failure, and learn small, practical tools that feel achievable in everyday life.
The session is compassionate, relatable, and focused on helping parent carers feel more supported, empowered, and understood
This workshop is free to attend and will take place at Primrose Family Hub.
