🌿 VINYASA YOGA WITH TAMMIE

Start your morning with an all-levels Vinyasa Yoga flow led by Tammie from @namastam_

We’ll combine mobility, strength, breath and mindful movement in a welcoming flow designed to leave you feeling stronger, calmer and more connected to your body.

Tammie is a qualified Yoga, Pilates, Reformer + Barre teacher with a background in dance, bringing a creative and playful approach to movement.

Never done yoga before? No problem. All levels are welcome.

Join @Fraser.Aesthetics for an “Age on Your Terms” skincare workshop focused on:
