Acoustic Alchemy begins with a guided meditation to relax the mind and body, you are than taken through a journey of sound, the grounding sound of skin drumming, followed by the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls and the etheral merkaba. Sound baths are a wonderful way to compliment your holistic health.

Particpants can lie or sit in anyway that makes them comfortable. Bring along a mat, blanket and pillow to increase comfort.

Participants with epilepsy or seizure disorders, pacemakers or implanted devices, serious cardiac conditions, pregnancy, recent surgery, severe mental health conditions, sound sensitivity or other relevant medical conditions may be at increased risk.

Pre-session warning in booking information used; participants advised that sound bath sessions are complementary wellbeing activities and not medical treatment; participants with relevant conditions are asked to seek medical advice before attending; practitioner may adapt or decline participation where safety is uncertain.
