Join Calm Movers CIC for a fun, inclusive Pilates-inspired movement session designed especially for teenagers.

Through mindful movement, breathing techniques, stretching and gentle core-based exercises, the young people will build confidence, improve physical wellbeing and learn techniques to help them relax and regulate their emotions.

The session is suitable for all abilities and provides a safe, welcoming and supportive environment where everyone can take part.
