Join Calm Movers CIC for a fun, inclusive Pilates-inspired movement session designed especially for children.

Through mindful movement, breathing techniques, stretching and gentle core-based exercises, children will build confidence, improve physical wellbeing and learn techniques to help them relax and regulate their emotions.

The session is suitable for all abilities and provides a safe, welcoming and supportive environment where everyone can take part.
