COSY AIRBED SOUND BATH

Join us for a relaxing sound bath experience on a comfy airbed at Bowers Allerton Hall

Unwind, recharge, and float away with soothing sounds. The airbeds taking the pressure off your joints and muscles ,so much comfier than a mat on the floor.All cosy wrapped in blankets ,drift away to a peaceful relaxing place , ready for a good nights sleep and recharging for the weekend.

We provide :

Airbed

Cushion

Blanket

Eye mask

Just bring yourself and wear something comfortable for the ultimate relaxation.

While generally safe ,there are a few contradictions of soundbaths.These include:

First trimester of pregnancy

Heart conditions (including pacemakers )

Metal plates/implants

Severe mental health conditions

Sound sensitivity

Epilepsy

Tinnitus

Sound baths are intended for relaxation and wellbeing purposes only and are not a substitute for medical advice,diagnosis or treatment .Attendees are responsible for consulting medical professionals regarding any physical or mental health conditions that may affect their participation.Listed above are some contraindications NOT suitable for sound baths ,if unsure of any other exclusions ,again consult a medical professional .

If purchasing tickets on behalf of others ,the ticket purchaser is responsible for ensuring all attendees are aware of and accept these terms prior to attendance.
