A welcoming hour of yoga created especially for women

Life can be busy. This class offers you the opportunity to pause, step away from the demands of the day and enjoy some precious time for YOU.

I’m Wendy Moran, founder of Amity Yoga Wellness and an experienced Hatha Yoga Teacher. I create welcoming, supportive classes where women of all ages and abilities can practise yoga without pressure or judgement.

Each 60-minute class combines:

Gentle flowing and static Hatha Yoga sequences

Mindful movement

Breathing practices

Calming meditation

Deep relaxation

The practice is thoughtfully adapted to suit individual needs, so you can move at your own pace and work within your own ability.

New to yoga? You’re very welcome.

You don’t need to be flexible, experienced or “good at yoga” to join.

Whether you are completely new to yoga, returning after a break, or already have an established practice, you will be warmly welcomed and gently guided throughout the class.

There is no expectation to keep up with anyone else. This is your opportunity to listen to your body, breathe, move and enjoy some time to yourself.
