We eagerly anticipate sharing the profound power of sound with you. However, please note that this experience is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant, have a pacemaker, or suffer from epilepsy.

We have very limited spaces available, so please do book your hammock if you’d like to join us.

Please bring a pillow and blanket or a sleeping bag is ideal. Your back can feel cold when suspended. Wear warm comfy clothes, the venue is heated but your body temperature will drop.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time. We begin on time and no entrance will be given after this time as it disrupts the group.

The venue can be found on the opposite side of the farm shop and cafe. The second entrance on the road. You will see a big pink pole gym sign.
