Join us for a whole day retreat, the perfect opportunity to take some time to focus on yourself and get aligned with your intentions as we move out of the busyness of Summer and towards Autumn. Gifting ourselves this precious day to pause, nourish and nurture our mind, body and soul through nature, movement, food and heartfelt connection. Located in Charlton Lodge in Knutsford, a beautiful building nestled amongst nature.

2pm Nature walk and baked goods

3:30pm Relaxing Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra

4:45pm Closing meditation, chats and connection
