Blending guided meditation, EFT tapping, individual facial pressure point massage, crystal sound healing, aromatherapy, healthy tea and treats… This is a deeply restorative experience for the nervous system.

Claire & Madi bring together years of hands-on experience in wellbeing, skin and holistic therapies to create an evening that feels grounding, calming and beautifully held.

This session is designed to calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and guide you into a state of profound relaxation. As you rest comfortably, therapeutic sound waves from instruments such as crystal bowls and chimes wash over you, while individual facial massage points supports the body’s natural ability to reset and rebalance.
