No previous experience is needed. Simply get comfortable, close your eyes if you wish, and allow the sounds and vibrations to gently guide you into a place of calm.

What to expect:

A 60-minute guided sound journey

Crystal singing bowls and therapeutic gong

A peaceful, welcoming environment

Mats, blankets and cushions provided (you’re welcome to bring your own if preferred)

Please bring:

A bottle of water

Anything extra you’d like to make yourself comfortable, such as a favourite blanket or pillow

This session is suitable for most people, but if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, sound-induced epilepsy or any concerns about attending, please get in touch before booking.
