Strength & Flow: 12-Week Tai Chi-Based Programme
Come and join us in person for a friendly, supportive 12-week programme combining the gentle, flowing movements of Tai Chi with simple exercises designed to improve balance, strength, mobility and confidence.
Whether you're new to Tai Chi or have some experience, the sessions are suitable for adults aged 50+ and are delivered at a comfortable pace. You’ll have the opportunity to move, stretch, relax and develop practical techniques that can support your physical wellbeing and confidence in everyday life.
Over the 12 weeks, we’ll explore gentle Tai Chi-based movements, balance exercises, strength-building activities, posture and body awareness, helping you to move with greater ease and feel more confident in your body. There will also be plenty of opportunity to connect with others in a welcoming and relaxed group environment.
