Wildwood Wellness invites you to an immersive Forest Bathing experience at the beautiful Himley Hall & Park.

Step away from the pace of everyday life and into the calm of the woodland. Through a series of gentle, guided invitations, you’ll slow down, awaken your senses, and reconnect with the natural world and with yourself.

Forest Bathing (Shinrin Yoku) isn’t about hiking or exercise. It’s about simply being in nature, noticing what is already here, and allowing your mind and body the space to rest.

Over two hours, you’ll be guided through mindful practices designed to deepen your connection with the forest, followed by an optional coffee social in the Himley café for anyone who would like to join.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, seeking a moment of stillness, or simply curious about the practice, this session offers a gentle opportunity to pause, breathe, and experience the restorative benefits of nature connection.

No experience is necessary, just a willingness to slow down.
