Join us for a relaxing sound bath + guided relaxation to unwind
Take some time out for yourself and embrace some relaxation with this sound bath + guided meditation session. Get comfortable and lay (or sit) back as Marie guides you into a deeply restful state using Himalayan singing bowls, cystal singing bowls and other instruments.
One thing that sets this sound bath apart from others is the chance to receive the healing vibrations of the sound bowls as they are played on the body, with Marie combining a mixture of playing the bowls not only on the floor and around the room but also placed on or around you (if you would like).
As well as the sound bath you'll receive gentle verbal guidance to help relieve any lingering tension from the physical + energetic bodies. The perfect way to enter meditative states, have some 'me time' and switch off, no meditation experience is required (this is a great introduction to meditation).
Participants often experience:
✨ A deep sense of rest + relaxation
✨ Clarity and realizations/ downloads/connection with spirit guides
✨ Space for emotional release + processing
✨ Improved sleep afterwards
Kind Words from Previous Participants:
"It was my first sound bath and I have nothing but positive things to say - I felt an overwhelming sense of calm and peace afterwards. I had some real insights during the session, my heart actually told me to stop pushing so hard with everything all the time. It was a real moment of clarity and honesty and I’ve been carrying it and reflecting on it since.
I felt slightly apprehensive beforehand (as it was my first one and I was by myself) but the whole set up was tranquil and not at all intimidating. I was actually glad I didn’t bring anyone, because it allowed me to completely focus on myself.”
"Thank you Marie for such a wonderful experience. At one point during the sound bath all of my TMJ pain disappeared and I can say for certain I’m in less pain now than when I walked in.”
🌟🌟🌟 This is suitable for everybody 16+ except pregnant folk and those with epilepsy or pacemakers/heart conditions. If you have any other condition which you are concerned may be impacted by participation please consult your healthcare provider for advice before booking. 🌟🌟🌟
📍 Please fill out this health questionnaire prior to the session: https://forms.gle/prpR3oxhB7 (copy + paste into browser). Please bring a yoga mat (or 2, the floor can be chilly) to lie on, blankets, cushion and anything else that makes you feel comfy ie eye pillow.
There is free parking on site + toilet facilities, we are in the labelled 'small hall' (second building on your right as you drive/walk in). Please arrive from 7:40pm onwards to allow the previous yoga class participants time to vacate the car park.
