Whether you live with migraine yourself, support someone who does, or simply have an interest in health and wellbeing, everyone is welcome.
The afternoon will bring together expert speakers, wellbeing practitioners and local businesses, with plenty to discover and experience.
What to expect:
• A talk from The Migraine Trust, sharing information, support and resources for people affected by migraine
• A speaker from Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, exploring mental health and wellbeing
• A range of health and wellbeing stalls, including nutrition, massage, mindfulness, natural wellness products, skincare and more
• PEMF wellbeing experiences
• Yoga and relaxation sessions
• Food and refreshments
• Opportunities to connect with others and discover local wellbeing businesses and services
The event is organised by Aura Clarity and is being held in support of The Migraine Trust.
Entry is completely FREE, with optional donations to The Migraine Trust welcomed.
