J’Adore Wellness Academy is pleased to introduce our One Stop Health Check, a convenient and confidential nurse-led health and wellbeing service designed to help you better understand your current health and know your numbers.

To celebrate the launch of our new service, our first Pop-Up Health Check Clinic will be completely FREE of charge.

Whether you're feeling perfectly well, making changes to your lifestyle, haven't had your basic observations checked for a while, or simply want some reassurance about your general health, you're welcome to attend.

What does your FREE Health Check include?

Your appointment with a Registered Nurse will include:

Blood Pressure

Heart Rate / Pulse

Respiratory Rate

Blood Glucose – finger-prick test

Height

Weight

Daily Lifestyle & Wellbeing Questionnaire

BMI calculation

Health and lifestyle discussion

Personalised health education and advice

Appropriate signposting if anything requires further assessment or support

Optional measurements such as waist circumference and body composition may also be available.

our results will be discussed with you during your appointment, giving you an opportunity to ask questions and talk about lifestyle factors such as nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress and general wellbeing.

Where a result or concern may require further assessment, we'll explain this and appropriately signpost you to the relevant healthcare service.

Our first J’Adore One Stop Health Check Pop-Up Clinic is FREE OF CHARGE as part of the launch of this new community health and wellbeing service.

We want to make taking that first step towards understanding your health as accessible as possible.

Following our launch clinic, One Stop Health Checks will be available for just £10 per session.

10-Minute Head Massage – £10

Take a few extra minutes to relax, reset and recharge after your health check.

The head massage is optional and is charged separately from the free launch health check.

Who is it for?

Our health checks are suitable for adults who want to become more aware of their general health and wellbeing.

You don't need to feel unwell to have a health check.

Sometimes simply knowing your numbers can help you recognise where you're doing well, identify areas where positive lifestyle changes could be beneficial and encourage you to seek further healthcare advice when appropriate.
