Need a break from the constant chatter of your mind? Join me for a monthly gong bath in Hatton Park, near Warwick.

Lie down, get comfortable with blankets and pillows, and let the vibrations wash over you. The gong and other sound instruments create deep, healing frequencies that:

Calm your nervous system

Release muscle tension and stress

Massage the organs and harmonise your energy

Support deep relaxation and inner stillness

This is more than a “sound bath” ......it’s a healing experience from the inside out, leaving you refreshed, balanced, and deeply relaxed.

What to Bring

To make your Sound experience as restful as possible, bring:

Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on

2 pillows or cushions (one for your head, one under your knees)

Eye pillow or light scarf to gently cover your eyes

1–2 blankets to stay cosy as your body relaxes

Wear whatever feels comfortable, leggings, jeans, whatever helps you rest.

The most important thing is that you’re warm and comfortable! 💜

What time does it start?

It starts at 7.30pm but I will be there to set up so do come along earlier to give yourself time to settle in. Most people arrive 10mins before the start.
