About This Event

The Sunday Sound Ceremony returns on 4 October 2026 at the Hockley Heath Pavilion in Warwick. This wellness event features various performers offering monthly sound healing sessions that utilise traditional instruments to promote inner peace. Attendees can purchase tickets for £24.54 to immerse themselves in the soothing sounds. The venue, originally built in 1890, hosts these gatherings as part of its scheduled programme.

Join our monthly sound healing sessions & immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of our traditional instruments, to restore inner peace.

When was the last time you gifted yourself the opportunity to completely switch off from the world? To leave behind your worries and stress, and just immerse yourself in a tranquil setting to heal your mind, body and soul?

The Sunday Sound Ceremony is held on the first Sunday of every month and will gift you the opportunity to do just that. It will feature a guided meditation plus 90 minutes of restorative sound waves and frequencies to raise our personal vibration and set us up for the month ahead. You simply lie back under your warm blankets and allow the sounds of the traditional healing instruments to wash over you to create a sense of inner calm and tranquillity as you experience the vibrations in the room from the gongs, Himalayan crystal sound bowls, buffalo drum, steel tongue drum etc.

No two sound healings are the same, and no two experiences are the same, but you will be leaving in a more rested and peaceful state of mind. Many people gain clarity on areas of life that have been troubling them, some people see clear visions of their next steps to take, and often people simply drift off and wake fully rested, knowing that the frequencies have stabilised their inner compass. Sound healing enables your brain to reach Theta waves, and brings your body into a parasympathetic state, regulating your blood pressure and relaxing your mind, body and soul.

If you are in the early/late stages of pregnancy, have a pacemaker fitted, have had recent surgery or experience clinical mental health problems please contact me before booking.

Spaces are limited to create a calm atmosphere and so tickets are sold on a first come first served basis, and are non refundable (although fully transferrable to a friend should you not be able to attend). Doors are locked at 5.00pm to ensure no distractions, so please arrive in time to settle yourself in (doors open at 4.45pm to allow for plenty of time).

Bring a yoga mat, pillow and warm blankets, plus an eye mask if you have one to create your own warm cocoon to receive the healing.
