An hour of therapeutic sound with cosy blankets to help you unwind, rest and prepare for the week ahead.

What is a Sound Bath?

Imagine settling into a warm, comfortable space, lying back with blankets, cushions, and an eye pillow if you like.

The room gently fills with crystal and Himalayan bowls, soft percussion, weaving together in layers that ebb and flow around you.

Moments of silence allow the vibrations to settle and your body to soften. You don’t need to do anything but rest and receive, letting your mind quiet and your nervous system ease.

When the session gently comes to a close, there’s space to return slowly, enjoy a warm drink, and share a chat if you wish.

Sound healing is open to everyone, whether you’re new to relaxation practices or familiar with mindful rest and have attended something similar before.
