What to Bring

To make your Sound experience as restful as possible, bring:

Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on

2 pillows or cushions (one for your head, one under your knees)

Eye pillow or light scarf to gently cover your eyes

1–2 blankets to stay cosy as your body relaxes

Wear whatever feels comfortable, leggings, jeans, whatever helps you rest.

The Room at Moreton Morrell' is behind The Church of the Holy Cross, Main Street, Moreton Morrell. If you walk down the path as if you were going to the church and as soon as you walk past the entrance to the church you will see the entrance to the room at the back of the church where we will be. Parking is on the road outside the church as it is not a main road that is a cut through to anywhere so this is fine.

What time does it start?

It starts at 6.30pm but I will be there to set up so do come along earlier to give yourself time to settle in. Most people arrive 10mins before the start.
