Our date on October 18th lands us right in the heart of a powerful seasonal and celestial threshold. With a waxing First Quarter moon growing in the sky, it’s a time of natural momentum and determination, the perfect energy for taking gentle action on what we’ve planted over the summer.​ At the same time, nature is beginning its turn inward. The leaves are dropping, inviting us into a time of "composting" & releasing what we no longer need to carry, grounding deep into our roots, and making rich space for what's to come.

​In this Biodanza session, we’ll be using movement, rhythm, and human connection to land fully in our bodies, cultivate inner warmth, and honor this quiet, beautiful shift of the year.​Whether you’ve been dancing with us for years or this is your very first time, you are so warmly welcome. No steps to learn, no experience needed...just bring your wonderful self!
