A supportive midweek sound bath with cosy blankets and gentle bowls to help you unwind, rest deeply, and release stress.

What is a Sound Bath?

Imagine settling into a warm, comfortable space, lying back with blankets, cushions, and an eye pillow if you like.

The room gently fills with crystal and Himalayan bowls, soft percussion, weaving together in layers that ebb and flow around you.

Moments of silence allow the vibrations to settle and your body to soften. You don’t need to do anything but rest and receive, letting your mind quiet and your nervous system ease.

When the session gently comes to a close, there’s space to return slowly, enjoy a warm drink, and share a chat if you wish.

Sound healing is open to everyone, whether you’re new to relaxation practices or familiar with meditation and mindful rest.

You may experience:

Deep relaxation, a sense of calm and grounding, better sleep, and a supportive pause for anyone feeling stressed or overwhelmed.

What’s provided:

⭐ Thick, comfortable yoga mat

⭐ Soft, cosy blanket

⭐ Supportive pillow & eye pillow

⭐ Knee support

⭐ Water & herbal teas at the end

All you need to do:

Please wear comfortable clothing to lie down in.

Suitable for: Beginners and experienced participants alike.

Not suitable for: Anyone in the first trimester of pregnancy, those with pacemakers or implanted metal, people with epilepsy, active ear infections, severe mental health challenges. For anyone with hearing devices please switch them off during the session.

Location & time:

⭐ Arrival: Doors open at 7:20pm. Please arrive no earlier to allow time for setup. Doors close at 7:30pm

⭐ Venue & parking: St Chad's Centre, Church Hill, Bishop's Tachbrook, Leamington Spa, CV33 9RJ. Free street parking available—please be considerate of local residents
