A beautiful day dedicated to reconnecting with your mind, body and soul — creating space to pause, breathe, reflect and come back to you

✨ A Day to Reconnect — Mind, Body & Soul ✨

We’ll begin the day gently, with tea, coffee and time to get to know one another, creating a warm and welcoming space to arrive, slow down and simply be.

Then we’ll move into a beautiful Body Balance session — a fusion of Tai Chi, yoga, stretching and Pilates, designed to awaken the body, release tension and leave you feeling grounded and energised.

From there, we’ll explore some powerful questions in a motivational talk:

💭 What would it feel like to prioritise yourself without feeling guilty?

💭 Who are you beneath all the roles, responsibilities and expectations?

💭 How can you find your way back to yourself again?

We’ll then share a delicious two-course buffet, before moving into a deeper space of reconnection — reconnecting with yourself, your body and the people around you.

And finally, we’ll close with an emotionally releasing breathwork session, creating space to let go, breathe deeply and leave feeling lighter.

🌿 A day to pause.

🌿 A day to reconnect.

🌿 A day to remember you.

Come exactly as you are — and give yourself permission to put you first, even if just for one beautiful day.
