Room4Movement is a new monthly dance offering blending elements of ecstatic dance, 5Rhythms and freeflow to create an experience that is both immersive and easy to step into for beginners and experienced dancers alike.

A space to move into alignment, to listen inward, and to cross thresholds we've been standing at the edge of.

This isn't a class. It's not a performance. It's a floor to arrive on exactly as you are, and move from there.

Launch Theme: Ancestral Communication

Through music, breath, and movement, we'll explore:

Boundary & Movement - the thresholds between who we were who we are and who we're becoming

Inner communion - listening to the conversations, patterns, and inspirations that move through us

Reclaiming - taking back what's ours: story, lineage, body, voice and moments

Room4 movement delves rhythmically into the benefits of movement. Physical, emotional, creativity, grounding, wellbeing and community connection.

Our sound leans into soulful, tribal, uplifting and deeper rhythms to move the vibe and hold the container.

Do i need dance experience?

Not at all. There are no steps to learn and no moves to copy. Our session invites you to find what works best for you.

Who is it for?

Any one is welcome. We are utilising movement so even a small amount of movement capability can recieve the benefits of these sessions

What age group?

We aim towards over 18s and ask that younger attendees are accompanied by a parnet or guardian
