Our PANS PANDAS UK Community Conference is an in-person day dedicated to parents, carers and adults (18+) affected by PANS and PANDAS.

You are invited!

This event will be a fantastic opportunity to share information about the new treatment guideline currently being developed, for community members to connect with one another, and for the charity to provide valuable updates and support information. We are thrilled that we will be able to include a Panel Q&A with leading UK and international clinicians.

With special thanks to our Community Reference Group members, and to the wider community for completing our Community Conference Survey – we are building this day around what you have told us is most important to you!

When and where is the Community Conference?

The Community Conference will be held on Saturday 10th October 2026.

This is a one day in-person conference, taking place at Ashorne Hill Conference Centre in Warwickshire.

What will the day involve?

We will have an arrival window from 8.15am to 9am, when tea & coffee and breakfast pastries will be available. The day will include a number of breaks, with refreshments, and lunch will also be provided.

Based on community feedback, our agenda includes:

Exploring what happens after the clinical guideline is published

Insights from the community / stories of hope

Sessions with expert clinicians

Expert led sessions on education, nutrition and emotional wellbeing

Sessions for adults affected by PANS and PANDAS

Opportunities to connect with other community members

A Panel Q&A with all our experts

Please note that this event is for adults aged 18 and over, so please do not purchase tickets for any children as we are not able to accommodate under 18s at this event.

How much are tickets?

We understand that everyone’s financial circumstances are different, and we do not want price to be a barrier to our community members being able to access this informative and supportive event.

We would like to express our immense gratitude to the PANS PANDAS UK community and supporters, who have already raised funds during our Big Give campaign, as this means we can heavily subsidise the cost of tickets.

You will see we are offering tickets at a few price points, and we invite you to select what feels affordable for you. If paying for a ticket will prevent you from attending, please email our Conference Manager, Claire Baggott, who will gladly support you: claire.baggott@panspandasuk.org

Whatever you pay, your ticket will include access to our full day of sessions, opportunities to network and connect with others, as well as refreshments throughout the day and lunch.

When you book your ticket, we will ask if you have any dietary or access needs, that we need to take into account.
