About This Event

The Summer Reading Challenge Club: Read to the Beat is a regular club for children taking part in the Summer Reading Challenge and their families. It takes place at Kenilworth Library & Information Centre. Tickets are free.

Join us for our regular club for children taking part in the Summer Reading Challenge, and their families

Summer Reading Challenge at Kenilworth Library

Drop in for a relaxed session where children can chat about their reading challenge with friendly library staff and young volunteers. There will also be simple, free activities to enjoy each week, helping to keep reading exciting all summer long. Perfect for children taking part in the Summer Reading Challenge and their families.

This event is great for:

Encouraging children to take part in the Summer Reading Challenge

Completeing crafts themed around the Summer Reading Challenge

Talking about books and reading with library staff and volunteers

Spending time browsing books and enjoying the library

Discovering what out libraries offer

Date: Every Tuesday from 21st July - 25th August

Time: 10:00am -12:00pm

Age: Primary school-aged children, and their families

Booking: This is a drop-in event, so booking is not required. If you do choose to book a ticket, please be aware that it does not guarantee you a space. Participation will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
