YOGA, SAUNA & RITUAL: Join Ginni at Moon & Lotus Studio for Yoga before a special Lakeside Samahain Sauna at Ballyscanlon Lake by night!

SAMHAIN SPECIAL: YOGA, SAUNA & RITUAL

Collaborative event: Moon & Lotus Studio + Ballyscanlon Wellness Retreat invites you!

Arrive at 6:20pm Moon & Lotus Studio, x91fvf9

Join us for a special Samhain evening of movement, warmth, connection and ritual as we honour the turning of the seasons and welcome the darker half of the year.

We’ll begin at Moon & Lotus Studio with a Samhain-inspired Shakti Flow from 6:30–7:30pm, creating space to move, release, slow down.

Then we’ll head down to the lake (9 min drive) at Ballyscanlan Wellness Retreat for an hour of lakeside sauna from 8–9pm, warming the body, resetting the nervous system and dipping in the lake or cold plunge.

Afterwards, we’ll enjoy chats and craic over herbal teas and tasty treats by the fire before making our way together to the beautiful old Oak Tree (1 min walk)

Our Closing Ritual

By the light of fairy lights, we’ll gather beneath the big oak.

The oak has long been associated with strength, endurance, protection and wisdom. Using fallen oak twigs gathered from the ground, we’ll create our own small and simple oak protection amulet / talisman, binding the twigs with red thread and infusing it with a personal intention for the winter ahead.

We’ll close with the words:

“Oaken twigs and strings of red,

Deflect all harm, gossip and dread.”

A quiet moment beneath the oak, a little bit of magic as the veil thins and a chance to mark the changing season together.
