About This Event

From September through November 2026, Wat Youth Arts presents a dedicated series of dramatic workshops exclusively for young performers aged twelve to fourteen. These intensive sessions are designed to foster creative growth within this specific age group, ultimately paving the way for the realisation of original youth theatre productions. The programme culminates in performances that will showcase the talents cultivated throughout the season. Tickets are available at a fixed price of £49.00, and applications are directed toward participating youth rather than general public admission.

Weekly youth drama workshops for 12 to 14 year olds, leading to opportunities for the creation of youth theatre.

Join Waterford Youth Arts for youth drama workshops for 12 – 14 year olds, this nine week programme is suitable for young people of all skill levels and will cover all aspects of youth drama and theatre work.

As part of this programme, young people will get the opportunity to work alongside youth arts practitioners leading to the creation of youth theatre productions and collaborations with professional artists. No experience is necessary to get involved.

At Waterford Youth Arts, the safety of young people is paramount. We are excited to be back for workshops and we are really looking forward to meeting new creatives as well as welcoming back all our friends from last time.

There are procedures in place, guiding what we do and how we work together to remain safe in our creative workshops.
