Monroe Estate Sale - Wednesday Pre Sale PRESALE INFORMATION Enjoy the McIntyre Family Estate before the public sale—and without the usual estate sale crowd. Presale is limited to just 80 tickets for the entire day, with no more than 20 presale shoppers inside the home at any time. Once the first 20 guests have entered, admission will continue on a one-out, one-in basis. The goal is simple: a calm, comfortable shopping experience where you have room and time to explore this remarkable estate without fighting through a packed house. ENTRY & ADMISSION Your place in line is determined by the timestamp of your ticket purchase. The first person to purchase a ticket is #1, the second is #2, and so on. The first 20 ticket holders will enter when the doors open. After that, guests will be admitted in purchase order as shoppers exit. You must be present when the doors open to retain your place in the entry order. If you are not present when your number is called, we cannot hold your position. TICKETS, REFUNDS & TRANSFERS Tickets may be refunded up to 7 days before the presale. After that date, tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable. If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to gift or transfer your ticket to a friend. Transfers must be arranged with Pure Green Estate by email so we can update the attendee information. PAYMENT We accept: Cash PayPal Venmo Apple Cash Cash App Credit cards for purchases of $1,000 or more, with a 3.99% processing fee added PURCHASES & ITEM REMOVAL Buyers are responsible for carrying and removing their purchases. Pure Green Estate staff will be available to assist, but please plan accordingly for furniture and other large or heavy items. RESTROOM One restroom will be available exclusively for presale customers during the event. Only 80 presale tickets will be sold. Your ticket gives you first access to the estate and, just as importantly, the opportunity to shop it the way an extraordinary estate deserves to be shopped: calmly, comfortably and without the crowd. Pure Green Estate is honored to present the McIntyre Family Estate of Monroe, Michigan—a remarkable home filled with generations of fine art, important mid-century furnishings, luxury goods, fashion, collectibles and pieces of Monroe history. The McIntyre family has deep ties to Monroe’s automotive history. Charles S. McIntyre joined August F. Meyer as a partner and vice president in 1918 in the company that became Monroe Auto Equipment Company, and later generations of the McIntyre family continued to lead the company. Charles S. McIntyre III ultimately served as president of Monroe Auto Equipment from 1973 until 1978. The home itself is an extraordinary time capsule, and nearly every room has produced another remarkable discovery. That includes chandeliers, sconces, pendants, decorative lighting and the home’s ornate vintage faucet sets and bath fixtures. These pieces will remain installed during the sale. After the sale, purchased fixtures will be professionally removed, and Pure Green Estate will coordinate pickup or delivery with the buyer.
