🧘Join us and Moonwell Movement for three different yoga sessions every Tuesday. Workshop Times: 10:30 – 11:30 Adult and Toddler session; Yoga for grown ups. Space for toddlers. Gentle, calming yoga session for adult carers, not just parents, but all grandparents, aunts, uncles and foster carers are welcome with their under 5 toddlers! You can expect a supportive, welcoming space for you and your little one – a restorative practice for you and a calm and curiously playful space for them. Classes are £12 per adult, 2x under 5’s can join for free with each adult ticket. For mums joining who have the blessing of a new born, we kindly ask that mum is at least 12 weeks post-birth. 12:00 – 13:00 Open age slot. This lunchtime yoga class will get you moving, the heart pumping and not too sweaty before retuning back to the demands of your day!This session will have something for everyone, regardless of your experience in yoga. You can expect a steady flow, dynamic movements with options to help you move, breathe and clear your head, feeling calmer, refreshed, focused and carrying less tension in your body. 13:30 – 14:30 Steady and Strong Yoga for over 50s Would you like to feel stronger, steadier and more comfortable in your body as you move through later life? This gentle yoga class is for over 50s who want to maintain mobility, confidence and independence in a friendly, supportive setting.This beginner-friendly session moves at a calm pace, with access to supportive props and chairs so you can explore movement in a way that feels right for your body. Each week, we will work gently with strength, flexibility and balance to help you build confidence and find more ease in everyday movement. No previous yoga experience is needed, just wear comfortable clothes and come as you are but we kindly ask you to bring your own yoga mat. Cost: £12.00 per person for one session. Those who book for a 6-week block will get a discounted price of £60.00 (basically a free session!).
