A facilitated session titled 'Where Leaders Go To Think' will take place at Lowtide Co-Working Space in Burnham-on-Sea. This event is aimed at business owners and leaders seeking to reflect on important matters.
Step away from the noise. A facilitated session for business owners and leaders to think clearly about what matters most.
When everyone comes to you for answers, where do you go to think?
Running a business or leading a team can leave surprisingly little space to step back.
There is always another decision to make. Another problem to solve. Another conversation to have. Another person who needs something from you.
And when you're the person others look to for answers, it can be difficult to find somewhere to properly think through your own.
Where Leaders Go To Think is different.
This isn't a networking event. There are no presentations to sit through, no slides, no forced introductions and no expectation that you arrive with all the answers.
Instead, we're bringing together a small group of around 12 business owners and leaders at Lowtide in Burnham-on-Sea for something deliberately simple:
75 minutes of space for you to think.
You'll be guided through a facilitated session designed to help you step away from the day-to-day, slow down the constant problem-solving and give some proper attention to something that matters to you.
What can you expect?
During the evening, you'll have the opportunity to:
step back from the immediate demands of work and notice what's taking up your thinking space;
explore a decision, challenge or conversation you may have been going around in circles on;
experience what happens when someone asks good questions rather than immediately offering advice;
spend structured thinking time with another business owner or leader; and
leave with greater clarity about what you want to do next.
You don't need to prepare anything.
You don't need to share anything you're uncomfortable discussing.
And nobody is going to tell you how to run your business or lead your team.
Just bring something you'd value having a little more space to think about.
Who is it for?
This session is designed for business owners, founders and senior leaders who carry responsibility for people, decisions and results.
It may be particularly valuable if you're navigating growth or change, facing an important decision, dealing with a difficult conversation, carrying a lot of responsibility — or simply finding that most of your working week is spent reacting to everyone else's priorities.
Why only 12 places?
Because this isn't intended to be a room full of people exchanging business cards.
Keeping the group small creates the space for better conversation, reflection and genuine thinking.
To keep the session small and create the right environment for genuine conversation and reflection, places are limited to just 12 and advance registration is required.
