Free art workshop by The Round! Enjoy a fun Saturday morning of gel plate printing and zine-making at Golborne Library. Materials included!

Join us for a friendly, creative Gel Printing and Zine-making workshop led by local community art practitioner Lulu Wong, who facilitates art workshops across the UK drawing on her background as an art educator in Hong Kong.

About the Workshop

Part of The Round community art project, this interactive 2-hour session invites long-term residents, newly arrived families, and neighbors of all ages to connect and create side-by-side.

In this workshop, you will:

Learn gel plate printing using autumn leaves, textures, and paints.

Fold and design your own mini handmade booklet (zine).

Take home unique paper art and meet lovely people in your community!

Details

Who: Suitable for families, adults and seniors. No experience needed!

Cost: FREE. Funded by the Wigan Borough Community Grant. (Voluntary donations are welcome on the day to support local artist Lulu Wong).
