Your body holds more than you realise. Stress, emotional tension and the demands of everyday life can show up as tightness, restricted movement and a feeling of being disconnected from yourself.

Human Garage is a powerful, body-based approach to self-healing that works with your fascia — the connective tissue network that surrounds and supports your muscles, organs and structures throughout your body.In this immersive 2.5-hour workshop, you’ll be guided by Amy-Jo Glover through a series of specific fascial manoeuvres, somatic movements and the Human Garage Organ Reset sequence.

Combining intentional movement, breath and body awareness, these techniques are designed to help release physical tension, improve mobility, support nervous system regulation and restore a greater sense of balance throughout the body.

Unlike a traditional yoga or movement class, this experience invites you to explore your body from the inside out, working with the fascial system to uncover areas of restriction, create space for greater freedom of movement and reconnect with how your body feels.

The extended two-hour practice gives you the opportunity to move beyond a quick release, explore the techniques more deeply and experience how different areas of your body are interconnected.

We'll finish with a 30-minute immersive sound bath, offering time for your body and nervous system to settle, absorb the experience and move into a state of deep integration.

Following the workshop, we'll come together for grounding snacks and matcha, creating space to connect, reflect and gently transition back into your day.

Your journey doesn't end when the workshop finishes.Your workshop experience also includes access to Thursday night's Fascia Release class, giving you the opportunity to revisit the manoeuvres, deepen your practice and integrate the work even further.

You'll also receive a dedicated 5-day integration period with support from Amy, helping you continue the process, explore what comes up and feel supported as you bring these powerful self-care tools into your everyday life.
